Li has over 20 years of experience in international business transactions, international law, and substantial immigration law practices, and holds his baccalaureate degree from China, and Equivalent Master of Law in International Business Transaction from Wuhan University, and a LLM in International Business transactions from Temple University, Philadelphia and Juris Doctor from Washburn University School of Law, spending one year and half studying and completing law courses at Wake Forest Law School. Attorney Li is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and Cantonese and has been practicing immigration and international law since 1992.

Attorney John Villalon obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina School of Law, where he was an active member of Hispanic/Latino Law Students’ Association and served as 3L class President for the Student Bar Association. Mr. Villalon is fluent in Spanish and oversees the firm’s family-based immigration matters. He assists individuals with family-based petitions (including marriage cases), consular processing, applications to adjust to permanent resident status, petitions to remove conditions on residence, fiancé(e) petitions, waivers of inadmissibility and citizenship/naturalization matters. Mr. Villalon also represents clients for the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) and U-Visas. He is also available for traffic, family, and estate matters. Mr. Villalon is committed to zealously advocating for our clients.
